TELE(your)VISION

Choreography & Artistic Direction: Sarafina Beck

Performance: Sarafina Beck & Pablo Caonca

Technical Direction: Yoshi Goettgens

TELE(your)VISION is a 50-minute interdisciplinary dance theatre performance that immerses audiences in the unsettling and deeply human realities of derealisation and depersonalisation — conditions often connected to anxiety, stress, trauma, and sleep disorders. Inspired by personal experience, Sarafina's work transforms fragmented perception into a powerful sensory journey through dance, sound, poetry, and immersive visual design.

Blending movement with projections, video, music, spoken text, and interactive stage elements, TELE(your)VISION creates an intimate and atmospheric world where the boundary between performer and audience begins to dissolve. The audience is not only observing the experience, but drawn directly into it — invited to feel the distortion, vulnerability, and emotional intensity from within.

The piece combines raw physicality with strong visuals and an adaptable stage concept, allowing it to resonate in a variety of performance spaces. Both visually striking and emotionally honest, TELE(your)VISION offers a unique encounter that speaks to conversations around mental health, identity, and perception.

Beyond the performance itself, the project can be accompanied by artist talks, Q&As, or workshops, creating opportunities for dialogue and deeper audience engagement around mental health and the role of artistic practice as a tool for reflection and resilience.
